Inspired by my love for handmade playthings, I designed the hairdresser to spark giggles and imagination. Do you take custom orders?
Yes. I love making custom orders. You will find in my shop a lot of custom made items and some became bestsellers, like Dollhouse and Bible books.
Custom order process:
- Contact me with very detailed description of your order
- I quote an approximate cost and you pay in advance
- I send you photos of ready item and ship it only after your approval
I need my order ASAP. Can you rush my order?
To rush the production time cost half of the original price (for example, rush fee for 10$ order would be 5$, 15$ total cost).
"rush my order" does not include expedited shipping, you can purchase it separately.
Why is my order not yet delivered?

All items ship registered and you can track it on Etsy. Look for tracking link in email shipping notification or on your account purchases page.
Delivery delays might be due to holidays, weather, customs...
If your order hasn't arrived within a week after the expected time, please contact me. I will apply an investigation to the post office and will guide you for next actions.
If the package lost, I'll refund you the full cost + shipping.
If the package was returned to sender for any reason, not on my part, like incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, not collected from post office, shipping cost is not refundable.
How long will take the delivery? Can you expedete the shipping?

● Standard registered airmail Israel post, up to 2kg.
Estimated delivery 2-4 weeks.
● EMS - express mail service, up to 20kg. Guaranteed time frames by destination. Keep in mind that the arrival time does not take into consideration weekends and holidays in Israel and overseas.
Estimated delivery 3-10 days.
Can you tell me the average amount of customs or import taxes?
I'm not able to estimate customs to different countries. There are many variables like content, price, different regulations...
You could contact your local customs and ask about sum of purchase taxes applied.
I believe it is a high amount and for small purchase, there is no taxes.
I haven't heard yet from my US customers they had to pay customs, unlike European customers for example.
How can I save on shipping?
I ship only tracked mail to make sure you receive your order safely and quickly as possible.
Shipping charged by weight category. If you ordering multiple items, shipping charge for each item will be significantly lower.
