- Once you’re happy, you’ll pay in advance.
- I’ll send you photos when it’s ready. Nothing ships without your approval!

I need my order ASAP. Can you rush my order?
Yes! If you want your item made faster than the speed of yarn, you can rush the production time.
Rush Fee:
Costs 50% of the item’s price
Example: For a $10 item, the rush fee is $5 → total = $15.

You can select express shipping during checkout if you need speed on both ends.
Why is my order not yet delivered?

Can you tell me the average amount of customs or import taxes?
Unfortunately, I can’t predict this — the rules vary by country, order value (and how much your customs officer likes handmade)
- Small orders are usually tax-free
- In the U.S., most customers don’t report customs fees
- In Europe, it’s more common to be charged import VAT

How can I save on shipping?
Shipping is calculated by weight category — so ordering multiple items often costs just a little more than shipping one.

The items arrived and not only were they not “big” (size indicated) but there is no way the total cost of these items was over 50 cents but the price was 50 dollars. Poor quality, exceedingly expensive. Profoundly disappointing. Charging 50 dollars for this is criminal.
