Here’s how it works:
- Contact me with a detailed description of what you’d like.
- I’ll reply with a quote and turnaround estimate.
- Once you’re happy, you’ll pay in advance.
- I’ll send you photos when it’s ready. Nothing ships without your approval!
Got a wild idea? Hit me with it. I’ve made everything from mini food to felt lungs.
I need my order ASAP. Can you rush my order?
Yes! If you want your item made faster than the speed of yarn, you can rush the production time.
Rush Fee:
Costs 50% of the item’s price
Example: For a $10 item, the rush fee is $5 → total = $15.
⚠️ Rush production ≠ faster shipping.
You can select express shipping during checkout if you need speed on both ends.
Why is my order not yet delivered?
It’s probably on its way, doing its little mail dance across the globe.

Can you tell me the average amount of customs or import taxes?
Unfortunately, I can’t predict this — the rules vary by country, order value (and how much your customs officer likes handmade)
- Small orders are usually tax-free
- In the U.S., most customers don’t report customs fees
- In Europe, it’s more common to be charged import VAT
Your best bet: contact your local customs office for details.
How can I save on shipping?
Shipping is calculated by weight category — so ordering multiple items often costs just a little more than shipping one.

3 items = lower cost per item (and more fun for you!)
