- Once you’re happy, you’ll pay in advance.
- I’ll send you photos when it’s ready. Nothing ships without your approval!

I need my order ASAP. Can you rush my order?
Yes! If you want your item made faster than the speed of yarn, you can rush the production time.
Rush Fee:
Costs 50% of the item’s price
Example: For a $10 item, the rush fee is $5 → total = $15.

You can select express shipping during checkout if you need speed on both ends.
Why is my order not yet delivered?

Unfortunately, I can’t predict this — the rules vary by country, order value (and how much your customs officer likes handmade)

How can I save on shipping?
Shipping is calculated by weight category — so ordering multiple items often costs just a little more than shipping one.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND this doll set!!!!!!!! There are so many interesting characters to choose from and LOTS of different clothes to play with!!!!!!! This is a far cry better than any others on the market for the younger set .....and am THRILLED with it!!!!!!!!!
